Dr. Razdolsky Offers Free Training to Navy Dental Hygienists

Several dental hygienists from Naval Station Great Lakes will attend Dr. Yan Razdolsky’s annual seminar at Maggiano’s in Little Italy April 17.

“We like to invite the dental professionals at the Naval Station because we view it as a way of giving back to our military service members who dedicate themselves to service to our country,” says Buffalo Grove orthodontist Dr. Razdolsky.

Landy Chase - the Sales Revolutionist™ who is a nationally active author, selling expert and thought leader - will speak at this year’s seminar. He will share information on the business aspects of the dentistry field, such as how and why some dental practices grow much more rapidly and successfully than others.

Afterward, Dr. Razdolsky will share his annual orthodontic update.

“I feel strongly about sharing the latest findings in orthodontics because so many dentists offer Invisalign these days, or refer patients to orthodontists for treatment,” Dr. Razdolsky says. “Orthodontic technological developments get published in orthodontic journals, which general dentists and hygienists typically don’t have access to. This seminar is a great way to get that information into their hands.”

The seminar is designed to expose dentists and dental hygienists to the new technology and treatment methods that are available. His goal is to provide a learning opportunity that better prepares the dentists who offer orthodontic treatment such as Invisalign in their offices to understand when their patients need more than a few aligners and should be referred to a specialist, he says.

This educational experience has gained considerable popularity through the years, with more than 200 dentists and hygienists attending the meeting. Dental professionals must complete 32 hours of continuing education every two years, and this helps satisfy part of that requirement.
