Comments: I had to reschedule an appointment, and the receiving end was nothing but patient and understanding. Great customer service!

Comments: Every time I went in, the staff greeted me and asked about wedding. They are all very friendly.

I would like to thank Brenda W. for helping me come up with a reasonable payment plan. I am a student with limited income, but we were able to work something out so that I could have the perfect smile for my wedding day. Also, other Brenda is great!

17. Do you have suggestions to help us improve our service?
The only thing that was a bit hard was to schedule appointments that were not during working hours, but I understand that many people book those up because they can only do evenings.
