It is with great excitement that we share the news that one of our patients, 13-year-old Elina Nikerina, has won gold at the World Championship of Performing Arts in Los Angeles.
She credits her beautiful smile achieved through orthodontic treatment with helping to give her the confidence she needed to perform her best during the competition July 6-15.
Elina won three gold medals and one silver medal in several dance categories.
As a result of her accomplishments at the competition, Elina has signed two contracts with agencies that will represent her interests in Hollywood.
The World Championship of Performing Arts is the only Olympics for performing arts for talented youth. Many famous directors and producers attend this competition annually to look for creative, young talent.
