Anna Razdolsky-Donnelley is the Operational Manager of both offices. Most of her work is done behind the scenes. Her duties include: overseeing the smooth operation of delivering beautiful smiles, handling the budget, recruiting and training, inspiring our personnel, and of course, keeping the doctor on his toes! Anna’s favorite thing about orthodontics is the smiles that are born from the science! What she likes best about working with her husband is his infinite eagerness and passion toward his work, patients, and staff. Anna is always very enthusiastic, and like Dr. Razdolsky, always has a glowing positive attitude, with a "can do" approach. She is proud to be part of a family practice that utilizes and constantly updates its technologies and procedures to stay in the forefront of orthodontic care.Anna started this practice with her husband, Dr. Razdolsky, in 1985. She has a bachelor’s degree in Math and Computer Science from University of Illinois in Chicago, and started the Masters of Engineering and Management program at Northwestern University. Before beginning the practice with her husband, she worked for Baxter Pharmaceutical Corporation in Deerfield, Illinois, and at RR Donnelly & Sons Printing Company in Chicago. It is at these positions that she developed her talent for designing computer software, and enhanced her marketing and management skills. Anna has been honored by the U of I President’s Council with an Award as a Lifetime Member. She also received the Parent of the Year Award at Montessori School of Lake Forest for her commitment to school and volunteer work. Anna was born in Ukraine, and has lived in the Chicago area since 1977. During her free time, she enjoys doing volunteer work at schools, supporting sport teams, traveling, reading, dancing, and, most importantly, spending time enjoying and cheering on her children.  Anna Z.Financial Coordinator I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since February of 2007. My favorite thing about orthodontics is to be a part of the great team that brings beautiful smiles to people. The thing I like best about working with Dr. Razdolsky is his professionalism, experience, and passion for what he does. I’m a native of Riga, Latvia. I have three sons: Brian, Alan, and Brandon. In my free time, I like to work out, travel, and socialize.  JenniferTreatment Coordinator I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since June of 2009. My favorite thing about orthodontics is watching the kids’ smiles get bigger and more beautiful. Working with Dr. Razdolsky is great because of the individual attention, encouragement, and education he gives to his patients, and to us as well! I also like making him laugh, which is easy to do! My patients are great because their positivity really brightens my day. I currently live in Arlington Heights with my husband and two dogs. In my free time, I like to bike ride, play golf, ski, and spend time with my family, especially my nieces. You may not know that I know a lot about wine!  TriciaInsurance Coordinator/Scheduling Coordinator. I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since 2006. My favorite thing about orthodontics is being able to see the changes during the treatment and the end result. One of my favorite things about Dr. Razdolsky is his vast experience and expertise: I have never worked for a doctor with such knowledge and experience before. Our team has such great energy. As for our patients, I love the variety; they range from age 8 to age 70! You may not know that I have been in the dental field for over 14 years, doing everything from sterilization to assisting.  Dr. BismarckOrthodontic Assistant I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since 2000. I have a doctorate of dental science from La Universidad Autonomía de Nuevo Leon, Mexico. I have been in the dental field since 1980. I enjoy the great family atmosphere and being part of the team. I am from Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, and speak Spanish fluently. In my free time, I enjoy biking, reading, and spending time with my family and friends. You might not know that I love photography.  Dr. Gay SuanOrthodontic Assistant I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since 1994. I have a doctorate in dental sciences from the University of the East, Philippines, and a masters degree in Orthodontics from the University of the Philippines. My favorite part about working with Dr. Razdolsky it that he is fun, intelligent, and is always introducing us to the latest technology. My patients are great because they are receptive to education about their oral health. I love seeing the variety of patients, and enjoy seeing their beautiful smiles transform with each visit. Orthodontics has always been my first love, going back to my days as an undergrad. I have been in the field of dentistry since 1987. In my spare time, I enjoy decorating weddings and spending time with my family and friends. You may not know that I speak Mandarin, Taiwanese dialect, and Filipino.  BrendaOrthodontic Assistant I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since 1983. I have been in the field of orthodontic for 26 years. I am married with one daughter named Amy who graduated in December 2007 with a degree in Business Management and Accounting and Communication. In my free time, I enjoy reading, collecting paper weights, and antiques.  HeidiClinical Coordinator/RDH I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since August 2008. I graduated from the College of Lake County in 2004 with associates in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. I am also certified in Nitrous and Local Anesthetic, Arestin, and Laser Therapy. The best part about working with Dr. Razdolsky is getting to contribute to the awesome Forever Smiles Team. What I like best about my patients is getting to meet everyone and getting to take care of all of their hygiene needs. I have a son, Brady, and a daughter, Lyla. In my free time I like taking photographs and spending time with my kids.  LauraOrthodontic Assistant I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since 1996. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University. I have been an orthodontic assistant for 26 years. What I enjoy best about working with Dr. Razdolsky is the progressive treatment approaches that he implements in his practice. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, bike riding, movies, music, and good coffee! You may not know that I play the saxophone.  PattyOrthodontic Assistant I have been a part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since 2007. My duties include assisting Dr. Razdolsky while working with patients. My favorite thing about orthodontics is getting to meet great people and helping them to build a beautiful smile. The thing I like best about working with Dr. Razdolsky is his motivation to stay on top of the latest technology, always striving to do better orthodontics. My patients are great because they always bring great energy to the office and make my job that much more fun. I’m a native of McHenry, IL. I have 5 nieces and nephews that I like to spoil. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. You may not know that I have over 10 years of customer experience, some of which I got as an airline attendant.  LucyRecord/Sterilization Coordinator I have been part of Dr. Razdolsky’s Forever Smiles Team since 2009. My duties include sterilizing, making lab appliances, and patient care. My favorite thing about orthodontics is to make patients happy by putting a smile on their face. The thing I like best about working with Dr. Razdolsky is the 100% he gives to his patients and his staff. My patients are great because their smiles makes me smile. I’m a native of the Chicago suburbs. In my free time, I like spending time with my niece and nephew, shopping, and I love the scent of a crisp rainfall.
